Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 USD.

For merchandise orders totaling less than our free shipping conditions,
there is a standard delivery charge of $15 USD for shipping                                                                                             

If you prefer express shipping, you will be charged $25 regardless of the order amount.

Shipping fee is charged for international orders that don’t comply with our free shipping criteria.

We hold FREE shipping promotion very often and you may be able to check the events via our official websites or SNS pages such as Instagram or Facebook.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We provide worldwide shipping service.

* NOTE : International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.
All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to external factors, there are some shipping destinations where international shipments are being delayed.

Will I Have To Pay Customs?
You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties.
You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment.
These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.

We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

* NOTE : Please check with your customs office to see if you can import the items and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

When Will My Order Arrive?
It usually takes 10-60 business days for the products to be delivered to your doorstep once your order is dispatched.

The preparation time for delivery may vary depending on items you order.

Express delivery usually takes 5-9 business days.

It may take more than 1 month depending on circumstances such as local post office status, weather, or holidays such as new year and Christmas with heavy delivery load.

Keep in mind that delivery may be delayed because of external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, etc.

Tracking number will be issued once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Arrival dates may vary depending on each country's customs and tariffs, so please keep tracking items with given tracking number.

Why is my order partially shipped?
Sometimes, it may take too long to ship all the items at once due to the inventory.
In such cases, we send the items that are initially ready, and the rest will be shipped out when they are available.
